We offer our clients the possibility to rent one or more offices in Barcelona, at our ground floor centre in the heart of the Eixample neighbourhood. Our rooms and spaces are fully furnished, equipped and fitted out with all technology, so they are totally ready for you to start working. We have 14 offices of different sizes available (1 to 8 people), so you can pick the size that best fits your needs. We also personalise each space according to each client’s wishes, and can for example add a safe or refrigerator. We also have a co-working room available for rental, which has six work stations and internet connection to provide both internal clients and others a place in which they can share information and have an opportunity to work by hours. Signing an office rental agreement includes:
- Registered address for company, tax and business purposes
- Internet access, with Wi-Fi
- Own phone number (VoIP)
- Personalised receptionist for calls
- Personalised attention for visitors
- Six hours in meeting rooms for up to seven people per month (not accruable)
- Daily newspapers in common areas
- Use of office and library
